Who is Mystery Babylon?

mystery-babylonThe Catholic Church has been founded in heretical doctrine since its establishment.

It has distorted biblical truths by adding, subtracting, or changing what the Word of God actually declares. This article is about the Jesuit Order of the Catholic Church.

What follows is an excerpt from a blog article I ran across in on a website called European Institute of Protestant Studies. I have been studying theology and apologetics for forty years but the extreme occultic nature of this shocked me.

It is every bit as occultic as the Masonic Lodge or The Church of the Latter Day Saints, the Mormons. and it is almost as maliciously evil as Islam.

Now to be clear what follows is from the Jesuit Order.

It is called the Jesuit Extreme Oath of Induction. There are two versions, but they vary little.

The first is the Oath is also quoted by Charles Didier in his book Subterranean Rome (New York, 1843), translated from the French original. Dr. Alberto Rivera, who escaped from the Jesuit Order in 1967, confirms that the induction ceremony and the text.

The second is the Jesuit Oath recorded in the Journals of the 62nd Congress, 3rd Session, of the United States Congressional Record (House Calendar No. 397, Report No. 1523, 15 February, 1913, pp. 3215-3216).

On either side stands a monk, one of whom holds a banner of yellow and white, which are the Papal colors, and the other a black banner with a dagger and red cross above a skull and crossbones, with the word INRI, and below them the words IUSTUM, NECAR, REGES, IMPIOUS. The meaning of which is: It is just to exterminate or annihilate impious or heretical Kings, Governments, or Rulers.

Upon the floor is a red cross at which the postulant or candidate kneels. The Superior hands him a small black crucifix, which he takes in his left hand and presses to his heart, and the Superior at the same time presents to him a dagger, which he grasps by the blade and holds the point against his heart, the Superior still holding it by the hilt, and thus addresses the postulant:”

The Superior priest begins the ritual with a lengthy hortatorial oath beginning thus:

My son, heretofore you have been taught to act the dissembler: among Roman Catholics to be a Roman Catholic, and to be a spy even among your own brethren; to believe no man, to trust no man.jesuit-logo

It goes on to posit that the postulant is to pretend he is in agreement with whatever religion, sect, or denomination is mixing with at the time—he is after all a spy. He is to obtain “their confidence, to seek even to preach from their pulpits.”

As with Islam’s taqiyya, lying to gain an advantage, so too the Jesuit is do what is necessary, even going so far as to denounce vehemently the Catholic Church and the Pope to gain the upper hand.

The Superior continues with:

You have been taught to insidiously plant the seeds of jealousy and hatred between communities, provinces, states that were at peace, and incite them to deeds of blood, involving them in war with each other, and to create revolutions and civil wars in countries that were independent and prosperous, cultivating the arts and the sciences and enjoying the blessings of peace.

All of this is to the end that the apostate Catholic Church “might be the gainer in the end, in the conditions fixed in the treaties for peace and that the end justifies the means.”

It goes on of more of the same and echoes strongly what has been already stated. The postulant then must assert his loyalty . . . to Christ? No no, he must to be all things to all men, for the Pope’s sake, whose servants we are unto death.”

Not for Christ who died for all, but for a man, a little minded, power hungry man with the title of Pope.

When the Superior concludes the postulate or candidate gives an affirming response which begins thusly:

I, ______ now, in the presence of Almighty God, the Blessed Virgin Mary, the blessed Michael the Archangel, the blessed St. John the Baptist, the holy Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul and all the saints and sacred hosts of heaven, and to you, my ghostly father, the Superior General of the Society of Jesus . . .

Notice Jesus Christ is not mentioned in any of this! The Society of Jesus clearly has nothing to do Jesus, but this satanic society of the Jesuit Catholics.

Now comes the horrendous declaration of death.

The postulant further promises to wage war “secretly or openly against all heretics.” Heretics are defined as anybody not a Catholic.

He is to do this upon direction and “exterminate them from the face of the whole earth” and killing them regardless of

 . . . age, sex or condition; and that I will hang, waste, boil, flay, strangle and bury alive these infamous heretics, rip up the stomachs and wombs of their women and crush their infants’ heads against the walls, in order to annihilate forever their execrable race.

This is perhaps where Islam took some of their sick dogmas from.

However the last command of the Superior is this:

Go ye, then, into all the world and take possession of all lands in the name of the Pope. He who will not accept him as the Vicar of Jesus and his Vice-regent on earth, let him be accursed and exterminated.

Adam and Eve bought into Satan’s “small lie” in the Garden and man and Creation was cursed. In the fullness of time God will redeem it all, but it will be bloody and painful for those who do not Do you know the True Christ.

The True Church of Christ awaits the Blessed Hope.

Why the Christian Church Must Not Desert Israel

There are a number of pragmatic reasons why America should not abandon our support of Israel. Many of these have to do with our national security and keeping the Middle East stable.

The Church however, should not be driven by pragmatism, politics, or Israel’s right to exist. Unfortunately American Churches of a liberal bent are, in fact, supporting Israel’s enemies with their feel good social missional programs that drive divestment campaigns against Israel. As unwittingly as that support may be it is, in fact, not a valid excuse.

Secular Realities

These churches have bought into the specious argument that a Palestinian state actually exists; it doesn’t!  They also advance the specious argument that Israel is an apartheid state “occupying” Palestine and trying to kill off Palestinians, so-called.

This argument is sent packing by Israel’s own enemies over 35 years ago. Way back in March of 1977, PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) executive committee member Zahir Muhsein declared the truth in an interview:

The Palestinian people does [sic] not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people (emphasis mine).

So we see that over 30 years ago one of Israel’s staunchest enemies, the PLO, admits there is no such thing as a Palestinian people. So then it follows that there can be no Palestinian state!

In our day Israel is under extreme threat of annihilation and daily must bear-up under rocket attacks blasted across its borders and homicide bombings within her perimeters. Not to mention the nuclear threat from Iran and WMD’s from various quarters in the lands surrounding Israel. This onslaught is all driven from the Muslim idealogs.

Though Canada has recently shown some political support for Israel, for the most no one else stands with Israel. Even America’s support for her is vexed.

The Obama Administration’s supposed support to Israel is fractious at best. They labor to tie Israel’s hands politically, diplomatically, and militarily. While on the other hand the politicos play unwitting chumps to Israel’s Muslim and “Palestinian” enemies, supplying them with money and weapons that can be used against Israel.

Transcendent Realities

The reasons for the Church to stand with Israel are not political or even philosophical. Indeed Christian Evangelicals to a great degree do support Israel. The reasons come not from the world, but from Christian doctrine, from the Holy Bible. This must at all times be the standard for Christians and for the Church.

The Abrahamic Covenant is foundational to the truths of the Bible. Abram was called out of Chaldea by God. God makes a unilateral, unconditional covenant with Abram:

Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who [curses] you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” (Genesis 12: 1-3)

The focus here is in verse 3, “I will bless those who bless you, and him who curses you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

While the covenant is in a essence for all mankind, Israel is the tacit referent in this prophetic proclamation.

In the phrase “I will curse,” the word curse is ’ārar in the Hebrew. “There are five other Hebrew verbs with the same general meaning.”[i] However this more specifically means to bind with a spell, hem in with obstacles, or render powerless.

In one sense the meaning is self-evident. But with global sympathy largely on the side of her Arab enemies and Russia and China supporting the Muslim nations to varying degrees how is it that they are “rendered powerless”?

Firstly God will not allow Israel to be annihilated—ever (cf. Deuteronomy 33: 29). Secondly I think it can be argued that those who “curse Israel”; who seek to wound her will be “bound with the spell” of not seeing the truth of God (2 Corinthians 4: 3), and “hemmed in with obstacles” that block the truth from their minds, and “rendered powerless,” to act in anyway other than they have been programmed.

The Church of Christ must remain faithful to Christ and to His Word notwithstanding any other fuzzy-warm-feel-good social program that is antithetical to Him.

The Urgency of the Unimportant

I need to set up a little background before I get to the meat of this post:

Some years ago I was asked to lead our church’s missions program. We were a new church, so this was a start-up program. As Director of Missions I had the privilege of being the first-line of communication between the church and the missionaries we supported.

One of the most remarkable ministries we supported was the Dawson Family. Joe (now with the Lord) and his wife Millie (still serving in Venezuela), went into the Venezuelan jungles sixty years ago . . .; there they stayed, ministering to the Yanomamö Indians.

They made the move into the jungle with three little children and one in the oven, their singular faith shining brilliantly. Over the years the Dawson clan increased to ten children—some still minister in the jungle, some work in support in the states.

The Yanomamö Indians were very much animistic[i] spiritually when Joe and Millie originally went into the jungle. That has greatly been diminished due to the faithful service of the Dawson family and many have come to Christ.

The Dawson’s, now ministering under the nom de guerre of Mission Padamo Aviation, are led chiefly by the Joe’s two older sons, Gary and Mike Dawson and their wives. Keep in mind they are ministering in hostile environs. They live in a remote jungle outpost in Amazonia and they minister and live in Venezuela, a country with a government hostile to Christ, the Gospel, and their ministry.

Having lain some underpinning the following e-mail I just received from Mike will have some context for understanding. It is also a reminder to us all of the constant threat of the urgency of the inconsequential. I thought it might be instructive for us all.

Dear Praying Friends,

Missionary work sometimes is hectic and worrisome. Some days it seems I don’t know if I am coming or going. Today was one of those days. Our daily prayer and Bible study went well and I was followed home by the usual gaggle of men wanting some extra attention for what ever little problem was bothering them. Most mornings I can take it without it bothering me, but today, I had a lot of things I wanted to get finished, not the least of which is an annual report which I have not finished yet.

As I was walking into the house, a young man named Wilson asked me if he could talk to me. He is Herminia’s nephew. Distracted by another man and his wife, I told the guy, yes, but asked him to give me a few minutes. I took care of the guy with his wife and before I could catch my breath, two of the older men in the village, whom we have been talking to and trying to help them over their anger with Jaime came in and demanded time to talk. I flagged Gary over and we set down with them. I remembered the young man I had asked to wait, but figured that the two old guys were more important…

We no sooner finished with them when the witchdoctor we had visited and talked with last week came in with some other men from his village and asked if we could talk with them. I was actually on my way to get the young man, but decided to take care of the witchdoctor first, so Gary and I set [sic] back down to see what they wanted. They wanted to make sure we had not forgotten our invitation to their village next week. We assured them we had not. Now, this sounds pretty straight forward, but it took about 45 minutes to get that all down pat. I kept looking at my watch as I could not get the young man out of my mind and was afraid he would just leave. But they finally took their leave.

I walked out and called Wilson. He came in and shyly set down. With downcast eyes, he began his story. “The demons are really bothering me. I did not sleep at all last night” [remember the Yanomamö are religious animists, the spiritual world is known and evident to them]. Well, this was more interesting than I thought it was going to be, I figured he was going to ask for some job, or a machete.

He went on. I told God, “I am afraid to talk to you out loud, but hear me in my heart. Help me! God if you will help me tonight I will go and talk to Gary and Mike in the morning.”

“I really need help!” he told us.

We went over the gospel story with him and bowed our heads as he prayed asking God to make him HIS own and to clean his heart out with the new birth. He told God of all the problems he was having with the demons and asked God for HIS protection. He thanked Jesus for dying in his place. When he was finished, Gary and I each prayed for him and thanked God for saving power.

After we were finished I could not help but think about how close I had come to not have the time for him this morning. “Oh God,” I prayed, “Please help us to always be sensitive to your prodding and to have YOUR heart when it comes to what is important and what is not.” We rejoiced with Wilson today as I am sure the angels rejoiced in heaven! Rejoice with us!

Time, Infinity, and Jelly Donuts

I’m  back. As Thomas Magnum, of Magnum P.I. fame posited after finally speaking during therapy two weeks after awaking from a coma: “time has little to do with infinity and jelly doughnuts.”

Moving back to today’s reality though, restarting my real estate business has not left me as much time to write. Then too, there is sooo much to write about, so many things happening culturally and politically I am often at a loss where to start. But here we are . . .

As you know the Supreme Court made two terrible rulings upholding Obamacare and the same day voting down the bill passed protecting the valor of our military men and women who have earned and been awarded honors, i.e. stolen valor. Also Independence Day, when we celebrate our costly freedoms paid for by the blood of our patriots, past and present, has come and gone.

The question that comes to my mind is “who governs this country?”

Is it nine former attorneys with cushy lifetime jobs and no accountability dressed in black? Is it 535 men and women in the Houses’ of Congress (also mostly lawyers)?

Is it the lone man that occupies the White House? Who rules and runs this country is, indeed, a question of the deepest moment.

Are we as Christians and citizens of the U. S. obligated to follow the laws, rulings, regulations, and mandates of an out-of-control government? Many Christian pastors say we should pray and follow them since “they are our rulers,” even if we don’t believe they are upholding their oaths of office. I am sure like me, you have heard this preached from the pulpit at various times.

Usually the text used to support this is Romans 13: 1-3 (NASB):

Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil.

Well this passage is pretty clear. And God is certainly in control. Yet the “context” of a passage of scripture, or any historical work is multifaceted. One must consider the cultural and historic contextual tension that exists, as well as the literary. The meaning of these verses is clear in their literary context.

Nonetheless, observing the cultural variances between First Century Rome and Twenty-first Century America we see an exceptionally wide rift. It is the case that no other government in the history of the world is anything like the Great American Experiment. In Rome the Caesars were not only Emperors of the Empire, but considered demigods. So at the outset we see a rift culturally in the way they ruled and the way America should be ruled.

Historically countries have been ruled by monarchies, dictatorships, theocracies, democracies, and republics. All of these forms of governments are still in use, at least in name, if not in practice. Although the term democracy is bandied about in speaking about America’s form of government we are by no means a democracy. America is a representative republic or was molded that way by our founders. Unarguably it has strayed a long way off that path.

Nevertheless even that is not what set the United States apart. What sets us apart is our founding documents; the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Even more so our freedoms and liberties are God given, not bequeathed by government.

Our leaders are leaders only by the will and pleasure of the people. Our leaders take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, not burden her with debt to benefit their states, regions, donors, or themselves.

The very short Preamble to the Constitution reads:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

We the people of the United States are her leaders and rulers. Yes we elect men and women to handle the day-to-day workings and they take a solemn oath that they will to do so only by doing what the Constitution allows and this in concert with the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. But it is we the people that rule and are accountable to each other. We have forgotten that for the greater part of the last century, leaving us with evils we now face in this century.

It is my premise that because the current administration, from Obama, the Justice Department, the Department of State and a majority of both houses of Congress rule by fiat, we have confusion, anarchy, and destructive elements bent on destroying America.

In their hubris and ignorance they strive to reshape America into the communistic socialism of the failed governments in South America, Europe, and even Islamic states.

They take no thought to their solemn oaths or to the mandate “WE THE PEOPLE” have given them—ruling by the rule of law and that spelled out in the founding documents. Their only thought is to their own twisted agendas.

What are we to do? Do we blindly follow along or do we fight? America began by revolution. One of the main hypothesis of that fight was taxation without representation. How do we fight this group of people trying to thrust America into the mold of fascism and socialism? This is not representative government.

Indeed, it may require civil disobedience on our part. Many prominent thinkers like the late Charles Colson thought so. That is why they drafted the Manhattan Declaration . . . which many of us have signed. But it may require even a greater sacrifice.

It is going to take a fight. Remember the closing words of The Declaration of Independence:

We, therefore, the Representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, . . . And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

In the fight we are in today can we pledge any less? Certainly not if we want to succeed in taking back America.

Whatever the outcome we can take heart in knowing God will glorify Himself for He alone is in control of time, infinity and jelly donuts.

Crush Depth: Laying Out the Stress Point

The following is excerpted from Before the Final Trump ~Part I

Wrong ideas about God are not only the fountain from which the polluted waters of idolatry flow;
they are themselves idolatrous. The idolater simply imagines things about God and acts as if they were true.

At 9:18 a.m. on April 10, 1963, sonar operators aboard the U.S. Navy submarine rescue ship Skylark accompanying the nuclear attack submarine Thresher heard a chilling sound “like air rushing into an air tank,”. . . a piping joint in a sea water system in the engine room gave way.  The resulting spray shorted out electronics and forced an automatic shutdown of the nuclear reactor. . . When the accident occurred, Thresher was near its maximum test depth . . . .
Most submarines are built to survive down to a crush depth, which can be 20 to 35 percent greater than their maximum test depth. . . . . Without the reactor, the sub did not have enough power to stop itself from sinking past its crush point and doom.
Skylark received several fragmentary, garbled messages, followed by silence. . . .  As they sank, the men aboard [the Thresher] . . . heard piping and fittings giving way.  They . . .  listened as the ship’s hull creaked and groaned, until it finally, deafeningly gave way to massive water pressure.
Thresher was no more. . . [it] had come to a cataclysmic end and all 129 men aboard perished in 8,400 feet . . . of water. . . . All lives were likely extinguished within a matter of seconds.[1]

The church, and America too, is being squeezed and is in danger of being crushed.  In our decadent, self-indulgence we have tested the depths and they have found us wanting.  Ancient Israel, like the postmodern church, defied and rebelled against God and God judged them.  The Old Testament text is replete with incident after incident of the nation of Israel’s rejection of God.  America is richer in material wealth and God-given resources than any nation in the history of the world, but like Old Testament Israel, who “did evil in the sight of the LORD,” we too have defied God and gone whoring after false gods.

A false god is not just a golden idol.  When we cease to worship God in the fullness of His simplicity and actuality we are indeed worshiping a false God.  Why is that true?  It is true because “we tend by secret law of the soul to move toward our mental image of God.”[2]  As Tozer’s epigraph tells us, wrong ideas, “are themselves idolatrous.”  Indeed, the evangelical church has been “shorted out” by our culture.  We are sinking below our test depth and are rapidly nearing our crush depth.

I believe there are three overlapping dynamics crushing the bulkhead of American churches, as well as the culture at large.  First, the culture and the church are being crushed by naturalistic, secular humanism. This movement has flooded America and is spewing its corrosive brine into the church, shorting out belief in the inerrancy, infallibility, and authority of the Bible and robbing the church of accurate interpretation and sound doctrinal teaching.  The neo-atheists reap millions from books with contradictory philosophical babble and thread-bare assaults on religion in general and Christianity in particular.

Second, America is being squeezed by the rise of Islamofascism.  Islam with all its barbarous, archaic, imperialistic traditions has, like a giant squid, been stirred. This roused monster is fastening its tentacles upon the Western nations and is beginning to squeeze.

Third, there are powerful and largely unrecognized geopolitical and geo-economic forces arrayed against us.  There are those both outside and inside America pressing for a one-world government under the banner of globalism.  Of course none of these perils operates in a vacuum.

Individually these forces are formidable, but collectively they have an exponentially cumulative force and I believe they represent a singular threat to Christianity and America never before encountered.  What makes the essence of this collective threat so historically terrifying is that the church, to a great degree, is virtually unaware that it exists.  Many who are aware are largely unequipped to defend against its ravages.
